ZIMA summer party
in Schwaz
Last Friday, in bright sunshine and with the necessary distance, the invited guests gathered at the Minkuswiese on the Pirchanger in Schwaz to celebrate the two projects "Minkuswiese" and "Pirchanger". "The city of Schwaz is growing cautiously and not excessively fast. What we do, we do 'gscheit' - for this we need competent partners like ZIMA," says Deputy Mayor Martin Wex, delighted with the new residential projects in Schwaz.
Work on construction phase I of Minkuswiese began in spring 2018 - construction phase II was completed in mid-2020 and the apartments in construction phase III will now be handed over in mid-September. The ensemble of 8 buildings offers space for a total of 69 special condominiums, almost all of which have already found their new owners. "We often had to contend with bad weather, but we did an excellent job and it makes me proud that we can now hand over on schedule," says Bmst. Markus Innerhofer, Technical Project Manager ZIMA Tyrol. Construction of the Pirchanger small residential complex started at the beginning of 2020. Work is progressing rapidly and, despite COVID-19, completion is scheduled for spring 2021. Three apartments are still available here - all with breathtaking views over the rooftops of the silver city of Schwaz. "It was a particular challenge to develop the two slopes on Pirchanger sensitively, efficiently and with the necessary respect for the surroundings. Together with the dedicated teams of architects and the city of Schwaz, the best solutions were found. We are impressed by the result and grateful for the opportunity to realize living space worth living in," says Alexander Wolf, Managing Director of ZIMA Tyrol.
