Groundbreaking ceremony for ZIMA project
"Am Gießenbach" in Schlins
Timeless living comfort in timber construction
The project planned by Johannes Kaufmann & Partner GmbH combines clear architecture with a homely atmosphere. The approximately 100 m² terraced houses offer well thought-out layouts with open-plan kitchens, cozy terraces and private gardens. The timber construction creates a healthy indoor climate that also conveys warmth and naturalness. In addition to carports, cellar compartments and guest parking spaces, residents also have access to communal areas such as a bicycle room, laundry room and bin room. "The terraced houses are a residential project that focuses on quality and longevity," says Herwig Bertsch, Managing Director of ZIMA Wohn Baugesellschaft. "During project development, the focus was on creating an offer that is architecturally convincing, functionally well thought-out and blends in well with the surroundings. The fact that several houses have already been sold shows that this concept is well received."
Energy-efficient construction
ZIMA pays particular attention to efficient energy supply: A groundwater heat pump in combination with a photovoltaic system ensures an environmentally friendly supply of heat and electricity. The units achieve excellent energy values with an HWB of 34 kWh/m²a and an fGEE of 0.56 (A+).
Living in sunny Walgau
Schlins impresses with its charming location between meadows, forests and the panorama of the surrounding mountains. The project is located in a quiet residential area with an ideal infrastructure: kindergarten, elementary school and local shops are within easy walking distance, as are the bus stops with connections to Nenzing and Feldkirch. Nature, leisure and recreation start right on the doorstep - whether it's walks along the River Ill, sporting activities or wonderful bike rides.
