During the Open House event at the Annelies Quartier, visitors had the opportunity to see the current progress of the major project by ZIMA Immobilienentwicklung, based in Grünwald, and to learn about the condominiums that will soon be completed and ready for occupancy. In addition, the available commercial spaces were open for visitors to get a firsthand look. Refreshments and hot snacks were served during the tour, while the on-site team provided information about the current, attractive terms: Among other things, ZIMA is offering special terms with an interest rate of 2.5% per year for the next 5 years.
