ZIMA brings momentum
to the Tyrolean housing market
With the start of construction work on three new-build projects in autumn 2025, ZIMA Tyrol is providing important impetus for the regional real estate market. The projects cover a broad spectrum: from urban apartments with an integrated kindergarten in Egerdachstrasse in Innsbruck-Pradl to exclusive residential units and a crèche in Karl-Innerebner-Strasse in Innsbruck-Hötting to the exclusive residential complex "Elbogen Höfe" residential complex in St. Johann in Tyrol. What all the projects have in common is the aspiration to combine contemporary architecture, a high quality of life and attractive investment opportunities.
Egerdachstrasse in Innsbruck: Urban residential jewel in the Pradl district
The project comprises two architecturally connected residential buildings that blend harmoniously into their surroundings. The clearly structured façade design lends the ensemble a timeless character, while the well thought-out arrangement of the building components creates a quiet inner courtyard. A central aspect of the project is the realization of meeting zones and sustainable forms of living. The spacious roof gardens offer residents a place of retreat and the opportunity to grow fruit, vegetables and herb gardens. The high-quality fittings meet the highest expectations and appeal to both families and investors. In addition to a kindergarten, 21 subsidized 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments are also being built.

Karl-Innerebner-Straße in Innsbruck: Exclusive living with panoramic views in Hötting
High-quality 2- to 5-room premium condominiums are being built in a prime location in Innsbruck. The clever elevation of the site ensures optimal south-facing orientation and opens up unobstructed views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. Each apartment impresses with top fittings and takes the living experience to a new level. A crèche for the city of Innsbruck is being built at the base of the building, which blends harmoniously into the overall concept. It is structurally clearly separated from the residential area and thus creates added value without restricting residential use. The project thus combines residential quality with social responsibility.

"Elbogen Höfe" in St. Johann i.T.: Exclusive residential complex on the Wilder Kaiser
In St. Johann in the Tyrolean lowlands, the go-ahead was given at the end of September for the construction of the "Elbogen H öfeöfe". In three point blocks, 2 to 5-room premium condominiums are being built, which impress with high-quality furnishings, spacious floor plans, large gardens and a central location. Each unit has either a garden, terrace or balcony. The spacious penthouse apartments with roof terraces offer a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In addition to premium furnishings, the Elbogen Höfe place particular emphasis on regional quality and sustainability. The insulation comes from a company in the neighboring village, the heat is supplied by a local wood producer and local tradesmen are predominantly commissioned for the construction. A spacious underground car park, photovoltaic systems on the roofs and an elaborately designed green area round off the concept and create a modern, sustainable living environment.

Contribution to the quality of life in Tyrol
In addition to the creation of housing, the projects also provide added value for society: in addition to subsidized apartments, new childcare facilities are also being created, which will noticeably relieve the burden on families in the region. In this way, ZIMA Tyrol is living up to its claim of combining modern real estate solutions with responsibility for society.
