Climate-positive building thanks to purelivin
The focus of the ZIMA Group's trade fair activities this year is the presentation of purelivin. This pioneering solid timber construction concept combines serially prefabricated, fully fitted solid timber modules to create multifunctional residential units using the "plug & play" principle. This revolutionary concept is particularly important against the backdrop of the climate crisis, as the construction sector is responsible for more than a third of global greenhouse gas emissions - resource efficiency in the real estate sector is therefore the order of the day.

We are firmly convinced that the future of residential construction is modular, serially prefabricated and made of wood. By substituting CO2-intensive building materials such as steel or concrete with the renewable building material wood, we can actively shape the trend reversal towards climate-positive construction. This is exactly where we want to start with purelivin.

The ZIMA success story: 50 years of trust
As an owner-managed group of companies, we have been developing special properties in the German-speaking Alpine region for 50 years. Today, around 180 employees in six branches across four countries work on innovative real estate projects that retain their value. ZIMA is an extremely future-oriented group of companies that never stands still and always strives for innovative solutions. This applies, for example, to the rapidly advancing digitalization or the global climate crisis, which we want to counteract with intelligent concepts such as purelivin.
