Cherry Blossoms, Vienna-Donaustadt (A)

The “Kirschblüte” project was developed on a site spanning over 11,000 m² in Vienna’s 22nd district. The project comprises a three-part building complex featuring a diverse mix of condominiums, a 135 m² retail space on the ground floor, and 230 underground parking spaces. The project was fully completed in the fall of 2021.

Roman Gate, Gersthofen (Germany)

In the town of Gersthofen, the “Römertor” residential complex has been developed, offering condominiums with a modern living concept in an excellent location. The striking architecture sets the tone for the area and marks the “gateway” to Gersthofen. The project was completed in March 2021, and the handover of residential and commercial units began shortly thereafter.

Am Schlosshang, Feldkirch (A)

The new development project “Am Schlosshang” has created a unique residential complex in Feldkirch. A total of 62 apartments were built across the six buildings. Thanks to the hilltop location, the outdoor areas offer a stunning view over the rooftops of Feldkirch all the way to the Swiss Alps. The project was completed in 2020

Minkuswiese, Schwaz (Austria)

The Minkuswiese residential project, comprising eight buildings with a total of 71 residential units, was completed in three construction phases by 2020. The residential buildings are oriented toward the south and west to maximize sunlight. The contemporary design concept includes a variety of apartment types and sizes.

DASGOETHE, Munich-Ludwigsvorstadt (Germany)

The DASGOETHE residential project comprises a total of 104 residential and commercial units in two buildings, as well as an on-site underground parking garage. Two distinct residential concepts with a variety of floor plan options were implemented. The project was completed in 2020.

Finkennest, Freising (Germany)

The Finkennest residential complex was completed in 2018, within walking distance of the Isar River and Freising’s historic downtown. The project comprises a four-building complex featuring 1- to 6-bedroom apartments—ranging from student apartments to exclusive maisonettes.

LAO, Munich-Perlach (Germany)

In 2015, the new development project “LAO – Leben am Ostpark” was completed in eastern Munich, within walking distance of Ostpark and the Perlacher Einkaufspassage. The project comprised 138 residential and commercial units with an underground parking garage. The building’s distinctive architecture has made it highly recognizable.
