Our
Lighthouse projects

In our six markets of Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Vienna, South Tyrol, Eastern Switzerland and Munich, we have implemented style-defining lighthouse projects - the focus here is primarily on urban planning requirements, a high quality of living, optimum infrastructure and excellent transport links.

Kirschblüte, Vienna-Donaustadt (A)

The „Kirschblüte“ project was built on an area of over 11,000 m² in the 22nd district of Vienna. The project comprises a three-part building ensemble with a diversified mix of condominiums, a 135 m² commercial space in the base area and 230 underground parking spaces. The overall completion took place in autumn 2021.

Römertor, Gersthofen (D)

In the town of Gersthofen, the „Römertor“ residential quarter was built, offering condominiums with a modern living concept in an excellent location. The extraordinary architecture is style-defining and marks the „gate“ to Gersthofen. The project was completed in March 2021 - shortly afterwards, the handover of the residential and commercial units began.

Am Schlosshang, Feldkirch (A)

The new building project „Am Schlosshang“ in Feldkirch created a special residential ensemble. A total of 62 apartments were built in the six buildings. Due to the elevated location, the outdoor areas offer a beautiful view over the roofs of Feldkirch to the Swiss mountains. The project was completed in 2020.

Minkuswiese, Schwaz (A)

The Minkuswiese residential project with 8 buildings and a total of 71 residential units was built in three construction phases until 2020. The residential buildings are positioned in a sunny orientation to the south and west. The contemporary planning concept includes different apartment types and sizes.

DASGOETHE, Munich-Ludwigsvorstadt (D)

The DASGOETHE residential project comprises a total of 104 residential and commercial units in two buildings and its own underground car park. Two different housing concepts with versatile floor plan variations were realized. The project was completed in 2020.

Finkennest, Freising (D)

The Finkennest residential area, within walking distance of the Isar River and the old town of Freising, was completed in 2018. The project comprises a four-part building ensemble with 1- to 6-room apartments – from student apartments to exclusive maisonette apartments.

LAO, Munich-Perlach (D)

In the east of Munich, within walking distance of the Ostpark and the Perlach shopping arcade, the new construction project „LAO – Living at Ostpark“ was realized in 2015. 138 residential and commercial units with underground parking were built. The extraordinary architecture created a building with a high recognition value.
