October 2025

In House A of the residential complex, the ceiling above the roof is about to be poured, while the brick walls have already been erected on the lower floors and the basic installation - heating and sanitary facilities - has begun. In House B, the ceiling above the 2nd floor is currently under construction.
September 2025

The structural work on buildings A and B is progressing rapidly. The upper floor ceiling of House A has already been concreted, as has the first floor ceiling of House B. Work on the backfilling is underway and the first coat of paint has been applied in the garage area. Work will soon start on the walls on the first floor of House A.
March 2025

The excavation pit protection is in the final phase and is about to be completed. The excavation of the pit is almost complete. The next step is to assemble the crane so that the remaining construction work can continue on schedule.
December 2024

Work on the demolition, excavation of the construction pit and the necessary excavation pit safety measures began back in December.
