Modern living surrounded by nature

In a wonderful location in Bäckergasse in Meran, a modern residential project is being built that combines maximum living comfort with contemporary construction. The 2- to 4-room apartments are characterized by generous floor plans, which, depending on the construction progress, can still be individually adapted to fully meet the personal needs of future residents. The building meets the Climate House Standard A Nature and, thanks to rooms cooled by the floor, offers a pleasant living climate even on hot summer days.

With its remarkable architecture and striking organic shapes, the project blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. Large window fronts offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding orchards and mountains. A continuous, gently curved balcony zone envelops the new building like a flowing ribbon and at the same time creates spacious terraces that invite you to linger. The permanently installed plant troughs on the terraces will make the hearts of garden lovers beat faster.
