Once again, impressive progress has been made on the construction site this month. The structural work on Building C is nearly complete, and Buildings D and E continue to rise. An open house will be held on May 7. Stay tuned and visit our on-site sales team to learn more about the apartments currently under construction.
March 2026

In St. Johann, recent drone footage shows the construction process moving forward. Work on House E will begin shortly, with the structural framework set to be completed by summer. Stay tuned: a public open house at the construction site will be held soon for anyone interested.

The sun is shining down on our construction site in St. Johann i.T. Large sections of the basement have already been completed, and the individual buildings are rising skyward.
