The façade work has already been completed and the interior work is coming closer to completion step by step. The outdoor facilities have been under construction since the beginning of August. Currently, work is being carried out on the houses on the external thermal insulation composite system, in which the facades are provided with insulation elements and prepared for the plaster structure. In September, we moved quickly towards the completion of the shell construction of the point block buildings. After this milestone, the finishing phase is coming up.

August 2024

In August, the concrete work on the ground floor in Aschau was completed and the formwork and concrete work took place on the point block buildings. Aerial shots give an idea of the dimensions of the overall project.

We would like to thank all participants who took part in the construction site day. The walls on the ground floor have already been erected. The ceiling above ground floor is expected to be concreted at the end of July. The walls of the point block buildings are currently being shuttered and concreted.

The concrete work on the basement is complete. From now on, the areas on the ground floor will be worked on, where the business units will later be located.

The official groundbreaking ceremony was celebrated in Aschau. The ZIMA team welcomed architect Günther Gasteiger, Mayor Andreas Egger, Helmut Hauser (Transporte), Bernhard Brugger (Deputy Mayor of Aschau), David Mölk (MPreis), Hannes Kronthaler and Reinhard Haun (Fa. Lang), Franz Opbacher (Fa. Opbacher), Stefan Hotter (Raiffeisen Fügen), Daniela Haidacher and many more.

The excavation work for the basement is almost complete. The first parts of the base plate will be concreted from week 7.

January 2024

In Aschau, the excavation pit is currently being excavated and the safety work is taking place at the Bräufeld Z’aschau new construction project.

December 2023

The starting signal for construction work has been given for the Bräufeld Z’aschau new construction project. By the end of 2025, in the Mitterdorf district, in addition to 39 high-quality 1- to 4-room apartments, a food market of the MPreis retail company, a pharmacy and medical practices will be built.
