conclude close sales partnership

Vienna, February 24, 2025 - ZIMA Vienna is relying on a close Austria-wide sales partnership with the financial experts at INFINA for its new Roomeo residential project in the 22nd district. This cooperation not only gives apartment seekers preferential access to the 156 modern residential units near the Kagraner Platz U1 station, but also allows them to benefit from tailor-made financing advice.

Construction of Roomeo is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2026, with completion by the end of 2027. Sales will start as early as spring 2025.
