Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operational management of the location
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the team
- Management and support of residential real estate
- Contact for owners, tenants and external service providers
- Organization and control of repair and maintenance measures
- Planning and holding owners' meetings
- Review, optimization and approval of operating and heating cost statements
- Ensuring efficient processes and high service quality
- Completed training in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in real estate management, ideally with management experience
- Very good IT skills and structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
- Class B driver's license and own car
