Your tasks
- Advice and support for interested parties in the residential real estate sector
- Execution of viewings, negotiations and contract conclusions
- Close cooperation with the management, marketing, project development and external partners
- Support in the implementation of marketing activities and open house events
- Creation of exposés
- Entry and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
- Experience in sales is an advantage, ideally in real estate, property development or residential construction
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance and customer-oriented thinking
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to adapt to customers' schedules and needs (e.g. evenings or weekends)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Confident handling of digital tools and software (MS Office)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
