Your tasks


  • Advice and support for interested parties in the residential real estate sector
  • Execution of viewings, negotiations and contract conclusions
  • Close cooperation with the management, marketing, project development and external partners
  • Support in the implementation of marketing activities and open house events
  • Creation of exposés
  • Entry and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system

Your profile


  • Experience in sales is an advantage, ideally in real estate, property development or residential construction
  • Strong communication skills, confident appearance and customer-oriented thinking
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to adapt to customers' schedules and needs (e.g. evenings or weekends)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Confident handling of digital tools and software (MS Office)
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
