Innsbruck/Aschau im Zillertal, March 10, 2025 - Construction work on the ZIMA project "Bräufeld z'Aschau" is progressing according to plan. The shell has been completed, the facades will be finished shortly and the interior work has already begun. The infrastructure for electric charging stations has also been installed. One particular milestone is the opening of the new MPreis store planned for Christmas 2025, which will enrich the regional offering. The expansion of the pharmacy has also begun.

"There are no construction delays, sales of the apartments are underway and all planned commercial space is being realized," says ZIMA Tyrol Alexander Wolf, commenting on rumors in the region that the construction of the project could not be completed on schedule.
