Development prospects
The value of real estate has risen massively throughout Austria in recent years. Contrary to current forecasts, ZIMA is confident that this asset class will remain lucrative in the long term, especially for properties in cities and good locations. "The fact is, you pay rent for a lifetime. Loans and credits, if realistically calculated, are repaid after a certain period of time," Thaler is convinced. The current high construction costs will inevitably lead to less housing being built and therefore to a shortage of new apartments. In addition, the majority of apartments currently under construction in Austria have already been sold. "We are not putting apartments on the market that nobody needs. Even in the long term, I don't see an oversupply that will put pressure on prices," says Thaler.
Attemsgarten - More than just a home
The "Attemsgarten" project is designed as an innovative residential quarter and green oasis in the heart of Vienna-Donaustadt. By the beginning of 2024, a three-part building ensemble with around 240 residential units on a total usable area of around 16,000 m² will be built at Attemsgasse 44. This will offer future residents a conscious and sustainable lifestyle with a sophisticated urban gardening concept - beds for growing individual vegetables or flowers and shady pergolas will bring them closer to nature. All residential units have generous open spaces such as balconies and terraces. "Attractive two and three-room apartments are currently still available. We cordially invite all interested parties to establish home ownership here without risk and with a value guarantee," concludes Thaler.
